The City of Boiling Spring Lakes (City) is the Owner of 3020 George II Highway and is soliciting proposals from qualified design-build teams interested in providing professional design and construction services for the Boiling Spring Lakes Police Department Project. The City purchased an existing 2,617 SF “Class B” one-story former bank/office building on a 1.66-acre commercial property with the intention of renovating it and adding approximately 2,000 SF–2,500 SF to accommodate the police department.
