The property at 809 S. Dalton St., Gastonia was sold on Dec. 31 by Modern Rising Inc. for $174,000. The buyer was Gerald Marion.

So far in December 2020, 110 properties sold in Gastonia.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 809 S. Dalton St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gordon W Taylor, 26, Carol Taylor, 62, and Gordon Wayne Taylor, 64.
