On March 8, Zachery Tyler and MacKenzie Church Holm purchased a property at 116 Moses Rhyne Drive, Mount Holly from JR Homes of North Carolina LLC and Angie M. Agt Laird for $410,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $496.88, 0.12% of the sale price of the home.

So far in March 2021, this is the only property that sold in Mount Holly as of this publication.
