On April 8, Juventus Ezechukwu purchased a three bedroom, one bathroom home at 1007 S. Weldon St., Gastonia from Deborah and Mahamood Ally for $130,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $620.98, 0.48% of the sale price of the home.

So far in April 2021, 20 properties sold in Gastonia.

According to the North Carolina State Board of Elections, Vera Helen Richer, 74, was the only registered voter residing at 1007 S. Weldon St. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
