City of Belmont issued the following announcement on Jul. 28.
Please help spread the word! There has been a change in our yard waste pick-up services....we have brought these services in-house. The biggest change is residents now have to schedule a pick-up by going online or calling. Pick-up will be scheduled for each Wednesday (it may take more than one day to pick-up depending on demand) so you need to schedule the pick up no later than Tuesday afternoon (if calling) or Tuesday evening if scheduling online. If you have yard waste that needs to be picked up please go to www.cityofbelmont.org/yardwaste or call 704-825-0507
