How did home prices perform in Concord during the third quarter of 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Concord rose by $22,000 while total sales increased by 0.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 721 homes sold, with a median sale price of $217,500 - a 11.3% increase over the $195,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 719 homes sold in Concord in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Concord for 2019 was $1,643. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,603. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 0.8%.
