Concord median home prices rose by 9.9% in the third quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2020 in Concord rose by $21,500 while total sales decreased by 1.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2020, there were 711 homes sold, with a median sale price of $239,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $217,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 721 homes sold in Concord in the third quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Concord for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,643, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2020.
