How did home prices perform in Mount Pleasant during September 2019?

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Mount Pleasant fell by $57,750 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $151,250 - a 27.6% decrease over the $209,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Pleasant in September 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Mount Pleasant for 2019 was $1,571. In 2018, the median sales tax was $1,533. This marks an increase of 2.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
