September 2020: Home prices in Charlotte fell

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Charlotte fell by $49,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 14.2% decrease over the $344,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Charlotte in September 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,243, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
