Rising home prices in Mount Pleasant in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Mount Pleasant rose by $111,250 while total sales increased by 200%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $262,500 - a 73.6% increase over the $151,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Mount Pleasant in September 2019.
