Lowell median home prices rose by 53.5% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Lowell rose by $81,000 while total sales increased by 125%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $232,500 - a 53.5% increase over the $151,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Lowell in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Lowell for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,488, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
