Pricing for the median home in Dallas decreased during November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Dallas fell by $16,750 while total sales decreased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,250 - a 9.1% decrease over the $184,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Dallas in November 2019.

The median sales tax in Dallas for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,257, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for November 2020.
