Davidson home prices rise in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Davidson rose by $19,500 while total sales increased by 65%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $348,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Davidson in November 2019.
