Huntersville home prices rise in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Huntersville rose by $54,000 while total sales decreased by 4.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 127 homes sold, with a median sale price of $329,000 - a 19.6% increase over the $275,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 133 homes sold in Huntersville in October 2019.
