Davidson home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Davidson rose by $68,750 while total sales increased by 68%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $417,750 - a 19.7% increase over the $349,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Davidson in September 2019.
