Charlotte home prices rise in September 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2020 in Charlotte rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 27.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2020, there were 1,689 homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,500 - a 10.4% increase over the $235,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 1,327 homes sold in Charlotte in September 2019.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,071, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for September 2020.
