Lowell home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Lowell rose by $87,500 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $219,000 - a 66.5% increase over the $131,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Lowell in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Lowell for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,488, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
