Mount Holly home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Mount Holly rose by $37,000 while total sales decreased by 5.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $210,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $173,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Mount Holly in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Mount Holly for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $2,299, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
