Dallas home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Dallas fell by $9,000 while total sales increased by 36.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $146,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $155,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Dallas in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Dallas for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,257, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
