Bessemer City home prices fall in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Bessemer City fell by $20,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $107,500 - a 15.7% decrease over the $127,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Bessemer City in February 2019.
