Dallas home prices rise in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Dallas rose by $89,750 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $193,000 - a 86.9% increase over the $103,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Dallas in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Dallas for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,257, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
