Gastonia home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Gastonia fell by $6,250 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 119 homes sold, with a median sale price of $160,000 - a 3.8% decrease over the $166,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 142 homes sold in Gastonia in May 2019.
