Ranlo home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Ranlo fell by $102,500 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $76,000 - a 57.4% decrease over the $178,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Ranlo in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Ranlo for the most recent year with available data, 2019, was $1,590, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
