Cornelius home prices fall in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Cornelius fell by $20,500 while total sales decreased by 45.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were 54 homes sold, with a median sale price of $295,000 - a 6.5% decrease over the $315,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 99 homes sold in Cornelius in May 2019.
