Stay up to Date in the World of Diversity, Equity & Inclusivity!

Even during this time of social distancing, your company’s DEI journey continues. It is so important that your business doesn’t let uncertain times adversely impact your values of diversity, equity, and inclusivity.

Join us online for DEI Rewind, a series of virtual events taking place every two weeks. This series is a great opportunity to refresh what you learned at the DEI Conference or other Triangle DEI Alliance events. It also will enable you to learn from top DEI leaders and get access to information and tools right from the comfort of your desktop or mobile device.

Pathways to Become an Ally and Accomplice

Moving the needle for diversity, equity, and inclusivity starts with bringing everyone to a contributory place. Each of us has a “place in power” to become an ally or accomplice to champion change. This conversation will highlight the framework for becoming an ally/accomplice, along with using your voice to impact work cultures and the community-at-large.

• Presenter: Tayah Butler, Director of Diversity & Inclusion, Poole School of Management (NC State)
