Cornelius home prices fall in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Cornelius fell by $8,750 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 192 homes sold, with a median sale price of $286,500 - a 3% decrease over the $295,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 168 homes sold in Cornelius in the first quarter of 2019.
