Fuquay-Varina home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Fuquay-Varina rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 90 homes sold, with a median sale price of $270,000 - a 8% increase over the $250,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 97 homes sold in Fuquay-Varina in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Fuquay-Varina for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $2,023, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
