Charlotte home prices rise in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Charlotte rose by $33,000 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 1,232 homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,750 - a 16.3% increase over the $202,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 982 homes sold in Charlotte in February 2019.

The median sales tax in Charlotte for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,696, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for February 2020.
