Mount Holly home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Mount Holly rose by $14,750 while total sales increased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $201,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $186,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 38 homes sold in Mount Holly in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Holly for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,141, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
