Lowell home prices rise in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Lowell rose by $11,000 while total sales remained unchanged with six homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $181,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Lowell in August 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Lowell for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $867, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
