Gastonia home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Gastonia fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 19.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 169 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 6.3% decrease over the $160,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 141 homes sold in Gastonia in August 2018.
