Dallas home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Dallas rose by $31,250 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $148,250 - a 26.7% increase over the $117,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Dallas in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Dallas for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $804, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
