Mount Holly home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Mount Holly rose by $19,250 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $197,000 - a 10.8% increase over the $177,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 36 homes sold in Mount Holly in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Mount Holly for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,141, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
