Stanley home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Stanley rose by $21,000 while total sales increased by 27.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 13.2% increase over the $159,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Stanley in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Stanley for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $880, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
