This seminar is for small business owners who want to enhance their networking skills and learn effective branding strategies.

Participants also will gain an understanding of the following:

  • Learn effective communication techniques to use while networking
  • Evaluate which events to attend for networking
  • Develop a one-minute elevator pitch
Our speaker will be Karriem Kanston, director of program delivery for Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at the Community College of Rhode Island. Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses is a program that helps small businesses grow and create jobs by providing them with greater access to education, financial capital, and business support services. He also is a certified coach, teacher, trainer, and speaker with the John Maxwell Team.

This is a free event. Light dinner will be provided.
