Cornelius home prices rise in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Cornelius rose by $41,250 while total sales decreased by 4.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 65 homes sold, with a median sale price of $335,000 - a 14% increase over the $293,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Cornelius in September 2018.

The median sales tax in Cornelius for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $2,171, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for September 2019.
