Davidson home prices fall in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Davidson fell by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 13.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 98 homes sold, with a median sale price of $362,500 - a 2% decrease over the $370,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 113 homes sold in Davidson in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Davidson for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $3,323, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
