Pineville home prices rise in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Pineville rose by $37,750 while total sales decreased by 5.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were 55 homes sold, with a median sale price of $255,000 - a 17.4% increase over the $217,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 58 homes sold in Pineville in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Pineville for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $1,501, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
