What it Takes to Be the Boss?

Uncover the courage and confidence to advance your career and aspirations at our next Professional Women’s Luncheon. Find out about the qualities and skills that have pushed our area’s law enforcement leaders to the highest rank.

Our region is unique in that many of our local police departments are led by female police chiefs. You will hear how they ascended to that role. Learn from:

  • Durham Police Chief C.J. Davis
  • Raleigh Police Chief Cassandra Deck-Brown
  • Fuquay-Varina Police Chief Laura Fahnestock

Amber Rupinta, anchor at ABC-11 Eyewitness News (WTVD), will be our moderator.

Reaching the top comes with a lot of sacrifice. Each of our speakers will discuss how she manages career growth with their families. They also will share the importance of being an example to other women and aspiring young people to show that they can achieve a similar role.

Enhance your professional development with their inspiring messages.
