Capitalize on Your Strengths
Our Young Professionals Network Conference will provide tools for your career development and leadership growth. You will pinpoint your strengths and our speakers share how you can use those strengths to foster your success.
Keynote Speaker: What Are Your Strengths?
We are excited to welcome Candice Webb as our keynote speaker. Webb is the Meredith College director of StrongPoints. She works with students and professionals to identify and use their strengths and reach their goals.
During Webb’s keynote, you can take the StrengthsFinder assessment and get instant results to discover the talents that will drive your career and future. You will learn which of the four leadership domains (executing, influencing, relationship building, strategic thinking) best describe you and your strengths. These results will enable you to determine which breakout sessions will maximize your skills.
Breakout Sessions: Maximize Your Skills
We will hold three breakout sessions. You will have the opportunity to decide which two you would like to attend. Please check our agenda for details about the sessions and speakers.
Closing Panel Discussion: Making Moves in Your Executing Domain
How do you take your strengths and use them to your advantage? Take what you have learned throughout the conference and apply it to your own development. You will hear how local business leaders have projected their careers, grown their successful businesses, and are planning for the future.
