Stanley home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Stanley rose by $11,500 while total sales increased by 21.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $150,000 - a 8.3% increase over the $138,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Stanley in May 2016.

The median sales tax in Stanley for the most recent year with available data, 2015, was $880, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for May 2017.
