Later that same day, Adams mentioned her involvement in introducing new legislation aimed at supporting striking workers. In partnership with Rep. Greg Casar and Sen. On March 28, 2025, Adams expressed her support for federal workers and the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) as they continue to combat actions she described as “disgusting, union-busting attacks.” She emphasized the importance of standing by unions, citing their historical role in building the country. “I stand with our federal workers and @AFGENational as they fight these disgusting, union-busting attacks. Unions helped build this country. We need to have their backs.”
