The North Carolina Oil and Gas Commission will hold its next meeting at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, August 5, 2025, in Raleigh. The meeting is open to the public both in-person and virtually.

The session will take place in the Ground Floor Hearing Room of the Archdale Building at 512 N. Salisbury St., Raleigh, NC, 27604. Those interested can also join online through a WebEx link or by phone using the provided meeting ID and passcode.

The Oil and Gas Commission oversees regulations for oil and gas exploration within North Carolina. This includes adopting rules for exploration activities, regulating well spacing, determining permitted drilling areas, and setting limits on production.
