N.C. Mountain State Fair to open with ribbon cutting on September 5

Agriculture Commissioner Steve Troxler will lead the opening of the 2025 N.C. Mountain State Fair with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Friday, Sept. 5 at noon. The event will take place at the Heritage Circle stage of the Western N.C. Ag Center.

Joining Troxler at the ceremony will be Sean McKeon, general manager of the N.C. Mountain State Fair, Jim Drew from Drew Expositions, and other local dignitaries.

The fair, now in its 31st year, is scheduled to run from Sept. 5 to Sept. 14 at the WNC Ag Center in Fletcher. Further details can be found on the official website: https://www.mountainfair.org/.
