Three Mexican nationals have been sentenced for illegally reentering the United States after deportation. Each of them had previous convictions for multiple criminal offenses. The sentencing took place in federal court.

Daniel P. Bubar, Acting U.S. Attorney for the Eastern District of North Carolina, announced the sentences following their issuance by U.S. District Judge Louise W. Flanagan. The cases were investigated by ICE and prosecuted by the National Security Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
