The Guilford County Sheriff’s Office booked Rebeca Fratila-Ilies into custody on April 24 as a fugitive from justice. She was also placed under an immigration detainer and an interstate probation and parole hold.
According to Guilford County public records, the 34-year-old female was arrested on April 24. She faced these charges as part of the standard procedure for processing individuals with warrants and federal immigration holds at the county detention center.
