The request seeks access to records under the North Carolina Public Records Law, G.S. §132-1., specifically requesting a list of all properties and their most recent sales. We have asked for this information in electronic format and have detailed the specific metadata we are interested in obtaining.

– Transaction Date
– Transaction Amount
– Transaction Type
– Buyer Name
– Seller Name
